We look at a few lovely castles, Sleeping beauty's castle- Neuschwanstein Castle, Elsa's frozen castle, and Bodiam Castle with a drawbridge. We study the shapes, the crenel, the perspective of rectangle bridge, how to make same height appear taller.
We make our own castle and bridge
1. decide where the castle should be on the page, what shape
2. try put in the bridge, pay attention to the perspectives
3. draw details such as door, windows, crenels
4. colour everything, try use all the color on the colour wheel
